HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Your order is a priority and will arrive within 1-3 business days

I'VE PLACED MY ORDER. WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
You will be emailed an order number. If you selected express shipping, you will receive a tracking number within 24 hours of your purchase. If you selected standard shipping, please allow up to 2 days for a tracking number to be emailed to you.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT’S BEEN PLACED?
We do everything we can to ship orders ASAP, so if you there's a mistake with your order, please contact our support team ASAP. info@cestcharme.com
CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?
We do not currently offer returns or refunds. We do offer exchanges for different sizes and defective pieces.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase through the email you provided us.
